Information used
Registration collects your name, email address and phone number. Account records include an account number, USD balance, status and transaction history. Passwords are handled by the authentication service and are not stored as plain text in your profile.
Why information is used
Information supports registration, sign-in, password recovery, account display and demonstration transactions. Authorized administrators can review customer records and make account changes, which are recorded in an audit log.
Access and storage
Customer account information is restricted to its owner and authorized administrators. A sign-in session is stored in your browser to keep you logged in. Log out on shared devices.
Support requests
When you request support, we store your subject, issue description, customer identifier, status and timestamps. Only you and authorized administrators can view your requests. Administrators can update their status. Do not submit passwords, PINs, card numbers or verification codes.
Requests and retention
A formal retention schedule and privacy-request process have not yet been provided. Account deletion and data export are not currently available through the site. See Contact Us for support availability.
Before public banking use
The operator must finalize legal contact details, retention rules, applicable rights and service-provider disclosures before accepting real banking customers.
