How do I open an account?
Sign up with your full name, email, phone number and a strong password. Accept the terms, then confirm your email before signing in.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use Forgot password to request a reset link. Check your inbox and spam folder.
Why can't I log in?
Confirm your email first, then check the email address and password you entered. You can try signing in again or reset your password.
Why is my account frozen?
An authorized administrator can freeze outgoing transactions. A frozen account can still be viewed. See Contact Us for current support availability.
